Bridges Integration Overview
Overview
In MIS Professional, customers have the ability to integrate with the Bridges mobile application ,which is a family-facing mobile application that you can offer to your families to help with funeral planning. You can invite your families to participate in Bridges from MIS Professional.
When a Bridges invitation is sent from MIS Professional, a Bridges arrangement is created in your Web Pro Administration. No data, other than the Decedent Name and the Bridges Primary Family Contact information (only the name, email and/or phone number) is sent to Bridges and Web Pro Administration.
When the arrangement in Web Pro Administration is synced with MIS Professional, the biographical data entered in the Bridges application or Web Pro Administration is sent to MIS Professional.
This functionality requires configuration. Please contact Customer Support if you are interested in using this feature.
Important Notes:
- This functionality is for At Need cases only and can be used from the First Call or Case Summary screens.
- If a location in MIS Professional is set up to use the Bridges integration, when an obituary is uploaded to the website from the Obituary screen, the user will receive the following confirmation message "Bridges is Turned on; are you sure you want to upload the Obituary from MIS Pro to Web Sites?"
